Hamas, a Palestinian Sunni Islamist organization, has vowed revenge on Israel after seven members were killed in an air strike. This is another entry in the ongoing violent exchanges that have been occurring between Israel and Palestine, including the killing of three Israeli teenagers–one of which was a US citizen– and the subsequent killing of a Palestinian-American boy.
